A Magical Fairytale for This Next Season . . .

Once upon a time . . .

There was a magnificent soul who was born with a beautiful, big heart to inspire and support others –

To lead them into living up to their full potential –

(Which could’ve included having the life, or the business, or the body, or the relationship of their dreams, or all sorts of outcomes really – it was up to her to decide how to express those gifts.)

To heal, to transform, to guide, to teach, to be a light –

To impact many, with many gifts. . . .

One not-so-ordinary day, a blindingly effervescent angel was sent down to her with a special message from God:

“My beloved one,

You have sought to transform lives with the gifts I’ve given you. You have done this to the best of your ability and I’m so proud of you! But you must know that there is so much more for you than this . . .

I have no desire for you to exhaust yourself in this endeavour. To give and give and give until you are spent. To bestow your gifts haphazardly on those who cannot or will not see the value in what you bring to them.

No!

My desire is that you love walking the journey with those meant to join you. Who will bring you so much fulfillment and excitement. Who value and recognize with extreme gratitude all that you offer.

My desire is that you prosper. Over and above your wildest expectations and dreams!

However, I fear you may soon lose the fire and desire for this work you are so clearly designed to do. That’s why I’ve sent this urgent message to you to say –

The season is altering. You’re being called to a new elevation. To express your magnificence at a higher level.

And to receive for your work at a much higher level, as well.

(Perhaps you’ve already sensed this?)

If you go on this way, trying to force a hand into a glove that no longer fits –

Your passion will falter and fade.

Your resentment will blossom and grow.

That which once held such meaning for you will become your dread.

Do not fear this transition. For it only leads to exponential good for you.

If you have the courage –

Now is the time . . .”

And then, just as quickly as it had appeared, the angel vanished.

She was left standing at a fork in road.

One direction went to the right and then forward onto a bright and sparkly path, filling one with a sense of curiosity mingled with trepidation at the wonders of a potential vast unknown.

The other direction went to the left and then looped around, putting the traveler squarely back on the same road, yet facing in reverse. How could it feel so deliciously familiar and comforting, but give off a stench of shrinking disappointment all at once?

She then realized it would be impossible to move forward in either direction without paying the toll:

The fare to go Right: High Enough to Be Worth it (Next-Level Guide Included)

The fare to go Left: Too High and Then Higher Still (No Guide Necessary – You’ve Already Been Here Before)

She inhaled a shaky, but purposeful breath and stepped in the direction of . . .

. . .

. . .

Not to leave you in suspense or anything!
